About
My name is Molly Collins
I became a therapist because I experienced firsthand how powerful therapy can be. My own journey in counseling changed the course of my life, and I saw how understanding and working with my emotions—rather than against them—opened doors I didn’t know existed. That experience stayed with me, and I realized I wanted to help others discover that same possibility for themselves.
What I love most about this work is people. I genuinely enjoy watching the therapeutic relationship grow and witnessing the shifts that happen over time—the small victories, the moments of clarity, the gradual unfolding of change. Using Emotion-Focused Therapy, I work with teens and adults to help them understand, process, and regulate their emotions in ways that actually work for them. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like your emotions are running the show, I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you find your way forward.
